Participating in the Africa Scout Day and Paying Respect to the Tomb of Lord Baden-Powell (9 ? 17 March)

- President Jong Han Hahm of the KSA, Governor Song Ha-Jin, and other leaders of the 25th World Scout Jamboree Organizing Committee participated in the Africa Scout Day joined by over 300 African Scouts from 18 countries and promoted Saemangeum as the ideal venue to host the 25th World Scout Jamboree. The leaders also visited Nyeri, Kenya to pay respects to the tomb of Lord Baden –Powell of England who founded the world Scout movement based on brotherhood beyond nationality, race, class, and religion. Laying flowers on the tomb, the leaders remembered the message of Lord Baden-Powell, “The real way to get happiness is by giving happiness to other people.”
